How do I return an item?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it for a full refund on the items purchased. You can return your purchase for up to 10 days from the purchase date. Item will still be accepted if the post marked date during the 10 day return period. If your return is post marked past the 10th day of return availability it will be refused and your return will not be accepted.

If you would like to return an item, please contact us for authorization on a return. You will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) and instructions on how to send your order back to us. Returns received without an RMA will be sent back to the customer, no exceptions. Your refund will not include shipping charges. Your refund will also not include shipping charges that you may incur when sending merchandise back to us. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The product(s) will be inspected upon receipt. All returns must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging (including invoice) for full credit to be issued. No credit or exchange will be issued if the product shows signs of use. Our guarantee does not cover accidental damage or wear of product caused by customer. Once we have received your return at our warehouse and approved the condition of the bag, we will refund your credit card and send you an email stating that your return is completed. Credits normally take 7-10 business days to appear on your credit card statement.

Please note, any item discounted 40% or more off the original retail price cannot be returned. Returns are not accepted for any purchase that falls in the category of "new arrivals" that have been discounted. New arrivals include all orders of bags or accessories released into the market in the last 60 days. Loving Lemons reserves the right to decide what is considered a new arrival and reserves the right to change the status of an item to new arrival without notice. All orders that total $75.00 and under are final sale. All accessories are final sale. Linger Rose reserves the right to decide if something fall into the accessories category and reserves the right to change a products category to accessories without notice. A Pre-Order cannot be cancelled. Pre-Orders cannot be returned unless received damaged. Refunds are not given for damaged Pre-Orders; instead the customer is issued a replacement item. If an exact replacement is not available and the customer chooses not to exchange the item, then and only then can a Pre-Order be refunded. No exceptions. Also please note, all International sales are final sale. International sales cannot be returned, they can only be exchanged due to production damage. How do I exchange an item?

You can exchange your purchase for up to 14 days from the purchase date. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us for authorization on an exchange. You will be issued an Exchange Merchandise Authorization Number (EMA) and instructions on how to send your order back to us. Exchanges received without an EMA will be sent back to the customer, no exceptions. Your exchange will not include shipping charges. Your exchange will also not include shipping charges that you may incur when sending merchandise back to us. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All product exchanges should include the original invoice and be in original packaging and condition. Please include a note to let us know the style and color you would like to exchange your item for so we can place it on hold for you.
